2、 Precautions for use:
1. Be careful not to use oily ink, as it can corrode the ink supply system and clog the ink head. Original ink is your best choice. Cannot mix ink for use.
2. Cannot plug or unplug the printing cable with power on. Otherwise, it will cause damage to the motherboard& nbsp;
3. Be careful not to wipe the ink nozzle. If there is ink, use a non shedding cloth or high-quality tissue to stick and absorb it, otherwise it may cause ink hole blockage& nbsp;
4. The machine must be grounded; When the air is dry, the problem of static electricity cannot be ignored. When using certain backing adhesives and lamp film media, they often carry static charges (especially when the paper feeding speed is very fast); Static charges can cause damage to the safety of machines and ink heads, and using a grounding wire to release static electricity is the only method. Due to the fact that the human body itself is a huge static power source, when operating the ink head with electricity, make sure that both hands have discharged (by touching a grounded metal body or wearing a anti-static wristband), otherwise it may cause damage to individual ink dots on the ink head& nbsp;
Grounding requirements and methods:;
& nbsp; ①、 The grounding wire should be made of mechanically strong single stranded copper wire or coiled wire& nbsp;
& nbsp; ②、 The grounding point cannot be shared with the grounding wire of the building lightning rod& nbsp;
& nbsp; ③、 The two ends of the wire should be welded onto the wire pin, with one end securely fastened to the gold bottom of the machine control panel using bolts, and the other end connected to the building's ground wire mesh or a truly buried water pipe (note whether its conductivity is good). In cases of severe static electricity, multiple grounding wires can be connected.
5. It is not allowed to manually cut paper on the machine without using automatic cutting, as this will scratch the machine surface and cause abnormal paper recognition.
6. In the large ink supply system, the ink in the large ink cartridge should be kept at about 1/2-3/4, and there should be no bubbles in the ink tube. Before installing a new ink head, 20-25ml of ink should be filled first, otherwise it may cause ink leakage or failure to output.
7. Forward and backward paper advance and retreat, do not press and hold one button forward or backward for too long, the button should not exceed 10 seconds, pause for a moment before continuing, otherwise it may cause damage to the stepper motor or motherboard.
8. When operating the ink head midway, be sure not to let the ink splash onto the motherboard inside the car. After resetting the ink head, observe whether there is ink stains on the table, optical axis, and grating (especially) where the car is parked. If there are ink stains, they should be cleaned immediately& nbsp;
9. Regularly clean the residue in the large ink tank to prevent sedimentation from entering the pipeline and blocking the ink head& nbsp;
10. Operators should develop a good habit of keeping operation logs (especially during shifts), recording the printing situation of the machine under different climates such as temperature and humidity, on non paper materials and various printing modes, as well as various specific parameters for various types of printed files, and summarizing the best work experience.
