Daily maintenance of CNC system
Daily maintenance of CNC system:
1) Develop rules and regulations for the daily maintenance of CNC systems.
2) The doors of CNC cabinets and high-voltage cabinets should be opened as little as possible.
3) Regularly clean the cooling and ventilation system of the CNC device.
4) Regular maintenance of input/output devices in CNC systems.
5) Regularly inspect and replace the DC motor brushes.
6) Regularly monitor the grid voltage used by CNC devices.
7) Regular replacement of storage batteries.
8) Maintenance of CNC systems when not in use for a long time.
9) Maintenance of spare printed circuit boards. For the purchased spare printed circuit boards, they should be regularly installed on the CNC device and powered on for a period of time to prevent damage.
10) Prepare for pre maintenance work:
① Technical preparation: Maintenance personnel should fully understand the performance of the system in their daily work.
② Tool preparation: As the end user, maintenance tools only need to prepare some conventional instruments and equipment, such as AC voltmeters, DC voltmeters, which may be pointer or digital, with measurement errors within ± 2%. A multimeter is also a commonly used instrument.
③ Spare parts preparation: In case of system failure due to damage to components or parts of the CNC system. To promptly troubleshoot, users should prepare some commonly used spare parts.
