As is well known, precision CNC engraving machines generally require a constant temperature environment, and only under constant temperature conditions can the accuracy and processing degree of the engraving machine be ensured. Ordinary CNC engraving machines generally do not have specific requirements for room temperature, but extensive practice has shown that the failure rate of the CNC system greatly increases when the room temperature is too high. A humid environment can reduce the reliability of CNC engraving machines, especially in humid environments with high acidity, which can cause corrosion of printed circuit boards and connectors, and increase electrical failures of machine tools. The specific contents are as follows:
1. The working environment temperature should be between 0~35 ℃, avoiding direct sunlight on the CNC engraving machine. Good lighting equipment should be installed indoors.
2. In order to improve the carving accuracy of the engraving machine and reduce the thermal deformation of the machine tool, if possible, the CNC engraving machine can be installed in a relatively enclosed factory with air conditioning equipment.
3. The relative humidity of the working environment should be less than 75%. The CNC engraving machine should be installed in a place away from liquid splashes and prevent dripping in the factory.
4. Stay away from environments with excessive dust and corrosive gases.
