Common faults of carving machine
1. Short circuit of spindle motor, damaged bearings, broken rotor, rotor sliding wire, etc
2. Limit switches and limit switch wires are prone to breakage
3. The Z-axis 608 bearing is prone to damage and the coupling is often pulled apart, resulting in Z-axis cutting or uneven depth
4. The water pump is prone to making noise or not producing water
5. Compass is prone to slip marks after six months
6. Over time, the Z-axis screw may produce loud movement noise and often get stuck when moving up and down
7. The Z-axis and Y-axis have poor dust prevention and too much soil
8. The screw nuts on the X and Y axes are prone to falling off, and the machine's top screw is prone to loosening
9. The frequency converter is prone to short circuits, the stepper motor is prone to not rotating, the shaft is broken, and there is a gap between the upper and lower parts. When using a carving machine, attention should be paid to safe use of electricity
10. Carving machine computer signal cannot be transmitted
